Coffee-mix drinks from the fluidised bed

Today, coffee is a cult drink as never before; coffee machines have almost the character of status symbols. But instant formulations experience a renaissance as well. Especially multi-component products from sugar, creamer, coffee or cocoa follow this trend. In the fluidised bed, the coffee extract is applied directly to the carrier mixture. To improve the taste, finely ground roasted coffee can be dispersed in the extract, which can be encapsulated via the process.
