Positive response to fluidized bed plants at the Powtech 2013
The particle technology of Neuhaus Neotec can look back on a successful exhibition at the Powtech 2013. The team around Henning Falck, head of particle technology, e.g. demonstrated the spouted bed coating on a mobatch plant. Also exhibited was a Conti FB 80/2 vibrating fluidized bed dryer. The clients and visitors were particularly interested in new applications and Technical Center testings for spray granulation and agglomeration processes. „The Powtech is a high-profile industry meeting an we have held many positive conversations“, Falck summarized the days in Nürnberg.

"Concepts were explained very clearly" - Neuhaus Neotec held a seminar in Canada

The seminar "Fluid Bed Drying, Granulation and Agglomeration" organized by Neuhaus Neotec in the Saskatchewan Food Center, Canada, was very well received by the attendants. Henning Falck, head of particle technology, and Silvia Woeltje, process engineer, gave practical and theoretical insights into the use of the fluid bed technology. The seminar covered both the theoretical background and practical demonstrations of the subjects drying, micro-encapsulation, granulation and agglomeration of functional food additives, dietary supplements and health products. The presentation of new processes for optimization of solids and innovative product formulations and the practical laboratory examples were judged very positively by the audience. "Great job!" one participant summed up the successful event.

POWTECH 2011 – Review
The POWTECH in Nürnberg, Germany, is the international forum for the topical developments in the mechanical process technique. At Europe's most important meeting point for technologists, process engineers, production managers and scientists, Neuhaus Neotec exhibited at the joint booth of the KAHL-Group. 

Our high process competence for fluidized bed technology attracted major feedback from visitors allover the world. Guests even came from Japan, South Korea, Mexico and the USA to get informed about the plant technology of Neuhaus Neotec. Particularly the exhibits gained attention: a laboratory fluidized bed plant mobatch and operation containers of the FB 20/4 Pilot. In addition, Neuhaus Neotec presented their new Technical Center. There, mobatch and FB 20/4 Pilot can be tested, too.
