COMPONENTS OF A FLUIDIZED BED PLANT

PLANT COMPONENTS
 

The overall system persists of a Neuhaus Neotec Conti FB fluid bed apparatus and peripheral main construction groups, which can be individual customized for the targeted demands and applications:

FEEDING SYSTEM
For a constant and proved product feeding, we choose the appropriate supply system like a loss-in-weight feeder, a vibratory conveyor etc. Loading the loss-in-weight feeder via pneumatic conveyor system and big bag feeding station, we also can project for you.
PRODUCT DISCHARGE
Often, the fluid bed apparatus has a downstream screening for correct particle fraction. Also, we can integrate conveyor systems and big bag sacking stations into the overall system and the control unit.
INLET AIR HANDLING
For constant and reproducible results, process air in defined quality adjusted to the process must be supplied. For every section e.g., the process air can be individually tempered or dehumidified if required.
EXHAUST AIR TREATMENT
On the exhaust air side of the fluidized bed plant, beside the exhaust air fan, optional further air technique components can be integrated to remove dust from the exhaust air or to regain heat.
PLANT CONTROL
The control system is a main quality feature of the plant. Neuhaus Neotec develops compatible hard- and software solutions on it’s own to suit a reliable and user-friendly operation. Clearly arranged graphic displays show parameter settings, e.g. for formulas. Intuitiveness of the user interface eases controlling of the processes. All control software (SPS/PLC) can be connected with attached production plants and external controlling or evaluation units via different BUS-ports. Maintenance, fault diagnosis and support are provided worldwide.
