Laboratory Grinder LWM-100
- Crushing with defined particle size distribution
- For laboratory use and for small-scale productions
- Minimization of the dust content
- Control via PC
- Ideal for product optimisation
The laboratory grinder LWM 100 is the ideal machine in the field of crushing with a narrow particle size distribution. Products with a hardness of up to 4 Mohs can be crushed to the required final product in a narrow preselectable particle size spectrum. By means of freely selectable settings the dust content can be minimised. The laboratory grinder LWM 100 is suitable for use in pilot plants or for small-scale production.
Use in the Pilot Plant
With the laboratory grinder LWM 100 it is possible to examine which operating data yield the desired crushing results.
By means of simple roller exchange the optimum roller corrugation is determined. The following parameters can be determined:
- The influence of the differential roller speed on the product
- The maximum possible circumferential speed referred to the respective product
- The behaviour of the product in the roller gap and on the rollers can be observed
- A simulation of several grinds with different rollers is possible
- Rapid and uncomplicated adjustment of the grinding gap
