Chemical Grinder WMC

The chemical grinder WMC provides crushing with a narrow particle size distribution, without dust. The narrow particle size spectrum is achieved by means of a continuous compressive shear action between two corrugated rollers with a defined roller gap.

WMC grinders crush soft, brittle as well as tough products, such as:

Product supply/proportioning
  • Uniform feeding across the entire roller length is ensured by a roller proportioning device or, alternatively, by an oscillating conveyor duct.
