NEUHAUS NEOTEC has always been committed to developing energy-saving and thus environmentally friendly solutions and thanks to innovative ideas they were able to reduce the environmental impact.
The energy balance of our roasters is one of the best on the market. This has always been one of the primary aims of our development work.
he following measures have been implemented and optimized in our roasters to achieve this aim:
- optimum heat transmission and air ducting
- low roasting temperature
- no mechanical agitating or beating tools required
- no water quenching in the roaster required
- very low percentage of exhaust air compared to other systems
Additionally, we can recover energy by means of pre-heating the coffee batch and the combustion air.
For exhaust air cleaning we offer comprehensive individual solutions taking into account the valid legal regulations for the respective type of emission:
- noise
- dust
- NOx
- odour
- hydrocarbons
both for new plants and for retrofitting.
We use environmentally competitive materials for our plants.
